- SPStephanie Perez1 day ago5.0I needed an emergency unit asap and from the moment i called this facility i have had nothing but excellent service! Answered promptly and were very informative over the phone. Upon entering, i was actually surprised at how clean the facility was and how professional the staff was. You’d expect kind, but they truly went above and beyond. They showed me different units and had affordable options. They did everything they could to make sure i had a smooth experience during this stressful time. I recommend this location as it seems they truly take care of their customers!

Arrived at the facility and spoke to Jason in the office and he too was helpful and accommodating . Clean storage area would definitely recommend .

- ILI Jian LinApr 16, 20261.0I received a payment reminder from Extra Space Storage today demanding an addtional USD $100.00 over what I had been paying since the inception of the Unit B142. Without prio or in advance notificaion of the rent increase by the management in what so ever formats, email, text, call etc...). This is then validated by the site manager on their database that no notifications were ever sent out at all. THis is simply a bullying behavior to scam addtional fees hoping the customer would not notice in their busy life. They threaten to lock my unit out if not paid in full and ootentially auction off the contents. What is this? consumer has rights and there are conractual procedures providing rule of conduct of fair business practice. I have rewquested an official notification of any increase in the mail, to justify the increase after 30 days upon receipt of the notice. whidh provides fair time allowance for customers to make decision of either continue or terminate the rental contract. very shady business practice. The unit has a rolling metal garage door that does not work for months, but the management just would not fix it after complaints.
