I had a similar experience - either it's the same male employee or his angry.2 AI. The day I arrived it took the strength I had left to remain calm, I had never used a storage facility before. I had made a call and got a rate the CSR on the phone what quite pleasant, I told the gentleman at the desk the information I received, he rejected it, I asked about the size his response was as if I should have known, he said something to me in a tone that was completely unnecessary. I thought to myself, let me try a even softer approach maybe his day is as bad as mine. I began with this is new to me I have some questions and again I got the wicked evil alter human from ai.2 universe, I was fit to be tied at that point, I said listen I'm having a really hard time today, my sister's daughter passed away - to which he said, "...Oh no, not the death in the family story..." to that I picked my keys and bag and just walked away. At that point perhaps he had a moment of clarity and saw $Revenue walking out the door - NEVER -to return.
