Usually don't do bad reviews but felt it necessary to warn potential buyers of the worst experience ever.
Do not order any measures or installations from this store unless you have days to wait for service after you are told the "window" for arrival is 8 - 12 and an email indicated that the installer would call with an EXACT time. Obviously, this did not happen because the rude "installer" showed up at 4 pm. Perhaps he needed a very long lunch or attended to personnel business before showing up.
The next day informed that the install was "not in scope". Misinformation, confusion and way more aggravation than bargained for.
Associates and managers were rude, uninformed, lacking knowledge and unable to perform tasks paid for in advance.
Will not be doing business with Lowe's ever again.
Wish I could give no stars or better still minus stars.

I called back and they said no one could comehntil Sunday. Okay, no big deal. Well it’s Sunday and I didn’t get a text with the window. I’m on the phone now and the woman really doesn’t know what to do, since the should have originally installed it on Friday. I get people want to get home @ a certain time but now I’m out $700+ for a washer that I have to either find a way to return to the store and pay to have it hooked up and I have no other Money. My LAST TIME USING LOWES. Apparently the girl who scheduled them to come back did it wrong, and now they’re not coming at all.

I was they're to buy a washer .the lady that took my order from me didn't know how to use a cashrester. Had 2people help her and she put the wrong name in the computer system I told here 3times correct name .and even didn't give me my change back I had to go back to the store and get my change back .she needs to be trained over again .
