    Online inventory doesn't match store inventory out of stock completely on Multiple different items. Tried to place order that is filled by this store item sold out and is no longer available at all online. Check a different Lowe's and shows here has multiple!! Of course they won't match there online prices. Every store I've been to matches there online prices. Corporate can't see there inventory but other stores can. That seems shady. Here's the best part if you buy something in store you can't price guarantee be cause it needs to be Instock (online). Even though there inventory from a different store shows it. That is extremely deceitful policy and probably done this way intentionally.

    Zakiyya at the Southington Lowe’s provided truly exceptional customer service while helping me track down information about my shipment. She was patient, attentive, and went above and beyond to investigate the status rather than giving a generic or dismissive response. Her professionalism and genuine willingness to help made a frustrating situation much easier to navigate. It is clear she takes pride in her work and values the customer experience. Lowe’s is fortunate to have someone like Zakiyya on their team—I left feeling heard, respected, and confident that my issue was handled with care.

    I recently ordered a bathroom vanity. After opening the box at our house, we noticed one of the drawers doesn't close correctly. I called the store to see if anything could be done about it, possibly a small partial refund since the product is damaged and we would need to pay to get it fixed. He said the only way to do that is for us to bring it back to the store.... I don't have a way to get this big vanity all the way back to the store. He said sorry that's all we can do. So I called Corporate Lowe's customer service to see if there was anything that could be done. The customer service rep told me they absolutely could issue me a partial refund and she pushed my call through to the store. I was brought through to the same associate I had spoken with earlier. I explained to him that she told me a partial refund could be done since I will need to get the vanity fixed. He agreed that he could give me a 10% refund, I said that's wonderful thank you. After going back and forth on hold he finally came back and said I would receive a refund of $43 and change ( this is less than the 10% discussed but I figured close enough, its better than nothing) I thanked him again. After reviewing my confirmation refund email, I was refunded $40 and change. What started out as should have been $50, to 43 to 40.... now I really don't care about a few dollars but its the principle that bothers me. Initially being told a partial refund isn't possible (which was a lie) to continuing to lower the amount.... not good customer service.
