    It bright so you can actually see what your shopping for. Prices are a few cents higher than Home Depot but the organization is worth it in the time you save.

    What a horrible 20 minute ping pong session of no customer service. Each person sighed at me when asked a basic question and one even pointed out thats not there problem. I dont do bad reviews but this one was worth submitting in the parking lot

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Another Outstanding Experience Thanks to Kathy at Lowe’s I had yet another incredible experience at Lowe’s, and once again it was all thanks to Kathy. Her level of customer service continues to amaze me every time I visit. On this particular day, I was looking for Christmas decorations. Another employee pointed me in a direction, but I ended up getting turned around. When I asked Kathy for help, she didn’t just point me toward the aisle — she personally led the way and made sure I found exactly what I was searching for. That alone shows the dedication and care she gives every customer. But what impressed me even more was that she remembered a conversation we had months ago, around the end of September, when I mentioned I was trying to find a sled that kids could sit on. Not only did she remember — she surprised me by showing me a beautiful Santa sled, an incredible deal that I wouldn’t have discovered without her. The fact that she recalled such a specific detail shows how attentive and thoughtful she truly is. Kathy also helped me brainstorm decoration ideas, offering suggestions that were creative, festive, and exactly what I needed to bring my holiday vision to life. She makes shopping feel effortless, enjoyable, and personal. It’s honestly hard to believe this level of customer service exists in a major hardware store these days. Every time I come to Lowe’s, Kathy treats me with the same friendliness, professionalism, and genuine care as if I were family. I can’t even imagine going to any other store now — Lowe’s has earned my trust and loyalty because of people like her. Kathy is truly exceptional, and she deserves to be recognized for the amazing service she continues to provide. She is the reason I return to Lowe’s again and again.

    First, I must give praise to the owner and management of this store for their commitment to hiring US Military Veterans! 🇺🇸 My purchase experience did not go 100% smooth. However, it's the times when things go sideways that people and businesses prove who they really are. I purchased an order 7x boxes of 12" x 12" Amalfi tile to redo a bathroom. However. due to my personal issues. I delayed picking it up for a couple of weeks after being notified of availability.. The night I did attempt to pick itvup my order could not be located. The staff tried very hard but could not locate and was very apologetic. So. I went home that nightv without the tile. The next morning I talked to "Amber" and she stated they would locate my tile and deliver my door at no charge. Unfortunately, when the tile did arrive the top tiles on numerous boxes where cracked ( "Probably due to my delayed pick up"). Once again, Amber apologized, took control of the situation and special ordered me another full box to replace the tiles that were damaged. As stated previously, my delayed pick-up can probably be attributed to the misplaced and small number of damaged tiles. However, Amber. Lowes and the other employees made me whole and addressed any and all issues wihot delay or cost. 5 ***** Stars for Lowes. Amber, and staff for their commitment to ensuring I was a satisfied customer. Also, 5 ***** Stars for Lowe's commitment to our Military 🇺🇸 Veterans. Armand
