We are seasoned La-Z-Boy customers, but no one advocates for the brand quite so well as Hal. Additionally, we previously made a brief stop at the West Springfield location. Evergreen Walk goes to the head of the class. Impeccable.

The chair is very comfortable and feels well made. I understand that La-Z-Boy is a business with the goal of making money but don't appreciate the pitch for a $400 warranty or the follow up call for fabric protection. I felt like I was at a car dealership. Peyton didn't push hard at all and that the warranty pitch was a company mandate, but if I'm paying thousands for a chair, I expect a high quality product that doesn't require an extra warranty.
