  Run do not walk away from this business. They do not answer the phone, they do not return voice mail. When I signed up I asked about the possibility of rate increases. I was assured that if there was a rate increase it would be no more than $10 or so. I was just smacked with a 50% rate increase all at once so I was lied to. Last summer, the power was completely out to the facility so that there were no security lights at all. After calling about the safety issue, it took over 3 weeks to get it resolved. After reporting to them that snow was not removed, they said that's not our responsibility. We pay a plow guy to just do a single pass down the middle. So if you sign up here, expect to have to deal with two to three feet wide snow banks in order to get into your unit as shown in the pictures.

  The people are the property is satisfactory could use new gutters so I don’t get soaked entering and leaving my units. Biggest problem I called to pay for my units which I have several - several the automated system wants me to pay one at a time this seems to be a security issue to me , I ask for a real person she says the same things I have ti convince her to pay all at once then I ask to speak to. Supervisor about the antique Online payment system and she connects me a number that just rings and rings then disconnects, another example of corporate doing a poor job of training employees and not caring about customers feed back
