When I called about three months into the service to express concerns, the representative laughed at me, told me it was a “long process,” and said I needed to pay thousands more for additional services. Additionally, I clearly stated that I did not want the clover sprayed, yet they repeatedly sprayed it anyway, leaving large dead patches in my lawn. When I called about the damage, I was told I would have to seed the lawn myself. I canceled the service, but they contacted me, apologized for the poor service, and promised a free lawn seeding (which seemed like the least they could do, given they had killed parts of my lawn). I agreed, and for the first “make‑it‑right” service, I rearranged my schedule to be home for the re‑seeding, but they were a no‑show—even though I called three times that day to confirm they were coming. I also requested a call from the operations manager; it has now been a week with no response. Based on my experience, their practices feel predatory and focused more on upselling than on caring for my lawn. I would not recommend them based on how my lawn looks now, how my instructions were ignored, and how my concerns and attempts to rectify errors were ignored.
