I have a favorite 15 year old bag which I did not wish to give up. Filipe was able to convert my bag into a crossbody bag. He exceeded my expectations. My bag looks brand new! The turn around time was quick and his price was more than reasonable. I live more than an hour away and it was worth the drive.
