I am currently working with the 3rd associate at the Plainville, CT store who cannot help me find a $400 bookcase that I ordered site to store 2 months ago. They never contacted me to say the first one was damaged and it was sent back. A female associate in February took my call and said she would get to the bottom of it and call me back, that was 8 days ago. I have now been on hold for 20 min. Update: I got a call from one of the managers who cancelled my order for me and was honest enough to say that the cabinet company was unreliable. The solution: go find a bookcase somewhere else. For context, my conversations with all of the associates were never hostile even though each time I had to explain the whole saga over again. Lowe's offers no apologies for working with bad vendors. Beware.

Please pay attention to lowes when buying anything that needs to be delivered, we bought a fridge first one was no good got a second one delivered they dragged the fridge across the floor not only in the kitchen but across the living room hardwood floors and across the tile in the living room as well, no one wants to take responsibility for the damages and no one is helping with the repairs to the floor I would stay away from anything that has to do with lowes the customer service is terrible and as a veteran they treated me like complete crap spoke over me and talked down to me. Lowes you guys have gone down hill quick I will never ever set foot into your store or any other of your stores again. You need to look over your company hiring process cause the people you hire no longer know how to talk to anyone and get better help as far as the delivery cause you guys jusy cost me over $15.000.00 in repair cost. I will tell everyone person every contractor every soul how you treat your customers. There's drag marks in the floor in the kitchen in pi tures below but some you can't see in the picture
