  I have purchased a lot of furniture from Raymour & Flanigan, but my most recent experience was the best yet. We purchased a living room set and had an issue after delivery. Not only did they resolve the issue, but they resolved it in a way that far exceeded our expectations. My salesperson, Tamisha Dangler, went above and beyond, as did her manager, to make sure that we were satisfied with our purchase. Even on her days off, she was texting me updates to make sure that we were satisfied. I could not have asked for better service!

  Found the perfect floor sample at a great price, that was not the issue. The 2 stars was for the customer service we received from the floor rep. We negotiated to get the best deal on a floor display within 20 min were paying for it, once they printed our receipt, it was missing the chaise on the order. My husband noticed it and had I left the store I would of had a huge issue at the time of pick up. Pointed it out to the sales person and she acted like it was o.k. she literally said dont worry they will wrap all the pieces. I said im not leaving until you give me the correct printout. She said I have to speak w manager (WHY), comes back and says oh yeah that floor sample does not inlcude all the pieces that are on the floor. Umm o.k. give me my money back. She said let me see what I can do. Oh if you want the fourth piece pay another $300. Nope, give me my money back. Let me see what I can do. O.k. you can have the complete floor display but the discount we were going to give you will not apply. O.k. give me my new receipt. Gives me a new receipt, wrong items on it again. I said this cannot be your best work. Finally get the correct printout. Told we could pick it up in 3 days but to call first. Called the day before, was confirmed to pick it up on the 3rd day. GREAT! Day of pick up had a truck rented, 4 guys to help pick it up and get a call from the floor rep on the morning of pick up to tell me not to come in the items would not be ready. I told her your store confirmed yesterday that the items were ready, i have a truck and help to go get it please go check speak w/ your manager before you call me back. 30 minutes later sorry your all set you can come get it. Just terrible service. The 2 stars are for the actual living room set, fits perfect in our beach home!j I consider R&F to be a reputable store but I am very dissapointed in the way our transaction was handled. Big brick & mortar stores need to be on their A game based on all the online competition they have. Gen X

  I needed a new mattress for my mom and quickly. When I called the store I reached Tamisha Dangler. I explained my situation and she not only made it happen but was so kind. Tamisha executed the process flawlessly and my mom loves her new bed. I had a wonderful experience with R&F thanks to Tamisha. I highly recommend her and the quality furniture

  We have purchased from this store many times over the past 11 years. Kathy has helped us with the last 4+ purchases, knows the store, inventory and provides great recommendations based on our needs. This is the 3rd purchase we made in the last 12 months from Raymour, sometimes different locations. Kathy always stands out as professional, personable, and clearly works well with the team in that store just based on the interactions I've observed while in the store, many times. Overall another wonderful experience!!

  I went to look for a mattress at the Raymour and Flanigan. Nova the home furnishing consultant was absolutely amazing ! She listened to my needs and was very helpful in getting me the perfect mattress! You are not rushed or pressured to buy anything and was able to help me pick out an amazing mattress ! Ask for her ! She is wonderful and you will not be disappointed !
