  Venice was my sale person. She was super nice and professional. I knew exactly what I wanted so there was no need to show me other items. I ordered a sofa an a small kitchen set that I had been eyeing for 8 months. My 2 items was on back order but the system showed products was scheduled to arrive at the warehouse within 2 weeks most. With Venice staying on top of the shipment, she contacted me to tell me that the kitchen set it was actually no longer in production an the only set left was the floor model which was offered to me at half off. I agree to purchase but then was told I would have to have it picked up. Well my pleasant experience was becoming not so pleasant and now I was on the search to find someone to deliver it. I just thought they could have bring it with my sofa but was told that is not the case for floor model. Well after finding someone to deliver the set and paying them $100 plus a tip my thought was this is become a little overwhelming. I decided to ask Venice to waive the $160 deliver fee for sofa because what I ordered(new set) is not what I got(used set). I was allset to cancel the sofa but to my surprise Venice called me back with great news that I wasn't expecting, she advised the delivery fee was taken off to make my experience a pleasant one. I was so happy and will definitely be returning to do more business with Raymour Flanigan. Venice you provided an outstanding customer service experience. Thank you!

  Met with Marla and she was great. Didn’t have much time to pick out our sectional. Went back a day later. Marla was out but Venice took over. She was patient and actually stayed past closing without any hint of impatience. Went home to triple check the measurements and returned the next day and made the purchase. Venice was so pleasant and helpful. She went out of her way to make the experience pleasant. She also made sure Marla was on the paperwork to be fair to her. We need more people in the world like her.

  I had a wonderful experience at Raymour & Flannigan especially with Venice, my sales associate. From the get go, she was very helpful, patient and has such a pleasant personality. When I had a mix up with my chair delivery, I reached out to her directly for assistance. She jumped into action to remedy the mix up. She went out of her way to stop by Raymour & Flannigan in Orange to find out what happened with my chair. She resolved the mix up and arranged my chair to be delivered within two days. I went to the store to look at other furniture and texted her to check if she was working that night. She was. I wanted to make sure so I could give her the sales credit. She went out of her way again to show me that the correct chair was scheduled to deliver that next day. She confirmed wirh her store manager that it was scheduled for delivery as well. The chair correct chair was delivered as scheduled and she followed up with after my delivery window to ensure I received it. I am extremely thankful for her efforts to turn a wrong right. She went above and beyond. She is an example of outstanding service. Go see Venice at R&F in Orange!!

  From beginning to end I was so pleased with Raymour & Flanigan; I’d never shopped here. Venice nailed it: pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. Delivery was prompt; I knew exactly when my mattress would arrive by following the map they sent. No more aches and pains; hallelujah!

  0 stars I had a very bad experience with their customer service. When you buy furniture from them, they treat you nicely because they want a good review. But once you call for repairs, they become extremely rude. They never answer the phone, and they never call back. One of the employees even started screaming at me on the phone, telling me I’m calling too much — which is unacceptable behavior toward a customer. Then he hung up on me while I was still talking. If anyone doubts this, I have everything recorded and documented. If this company wants to improve, they should hire people who are respectful, professional, and actually willing to help customers. The repair service does not answer the phone at all, even after many calls.
