  Update 4/21 - This company doesn't respond to the Better Business Bureau either. Not sure how you sleep at night, knowing you took the money and ran. Do the right thing and finish the job. Update 2/27- please call us ASAP. we are still waiting for you to complete the work we paid for. We have held off on filing a small business claim, but unfortunately will not have a choice shortly, as it has now been several months. You did not respond to our lawyer, his office or any of my phone calls, unacceptable. My elderly father will not be able to remove these large trees and I will continue to try to communicate with you through Google reviews since you will not call. If you’d like to be outright robbed, call Ibbs…and don’t hold your breath for a return call. —— We’ve had a terrible experience with Ibbitson Tree Service. They cut down several large trees in my father’s backyard and agreed to remove them, then abandoned the job entirely—leaving massive trees strewn across the lawn. Since taking payment, they have ignored every attempt at contact. They won’t return my father’s calls, and they’ve even gone silent when contacted by the attorney we were forced to hire because of this mess. This company does not provide full service. They take your money, leave the job unfinished, and then disappear when you try to hold them accountable. My father will have to pay another tree service to remove them. If you value reliability or basic professionalism, I strongly recommend staying far away.
