- CCcarrie colarussoJan 2, 20261.0I have been using this storage facility for more than 5 years. Then it changed hands multiple times. Now the prices are ridiculous. I got a very small unit in March 2025 which is a 10x5. I began paying $100 a month for three months then it jumped to $160 a month. I just received a notice that it will be going up to $240 a month in February. That is a ridiculous charge for a very small unit. Don’t be fooled by the initial quoted price…it will quickly go up. Also it is frequently filthy, no trash cans inside, leaves and dirt inside the building due to lack of maintenance on the grounds and there have been times that the climate is not “controlled.” See photo for current advertised rate on the website.
