- TMThomas Mathew5 days ago1.0I had a terrible experience at this store. I ordered around $4500 worth of furniture but they did not deliver on the agreed date which was before my housewarming. Without an apology they rescheduled and 3 times they came with wrong furniture items. And another 4 times they told they will deliver on a day but they never delivered on those days. I don't know how many calls I had to make to understand what is happening. So eventually I cancelled all my order as they kept on rescheduling and delivering wrong items. Then my next terrible experience started. I had to call and speak with multiple managers at least 20-30 calls to get my refund and they kept on giving me excuses and I visited the showroom after 2 months of excuses for not refunding my $4000. Eventually I met a customer manager at Norwalk who helped me with refund which I got eventually after 2.5 months. I felt all the employees and managers I spoke never ever apologized except the customer manager. They just want to sell and even before you get the delivery I had a very bad experience

When I went to the Norwalk store, the salesman Jean, the Home Furnishing Consultant Ronell and the manager were so helpful. They solved my problem and now I have a wonderful guest bedroom. I have shopped at this store for years and always receive the best service and products. The delivery people with the White Glove service were on time, efficent and professional. I highly recommend the service and store.

However, the next armchair also squeaked, worse than the first. The delivery people couldn't take the first armchair because the screw was not able to be removed on the metal ring. So, I'm still stuck with the squeaky armchair after several weeks of trying to get the matter resolved. I also bought another swivel armchair with custom fabric. After waiting several weeks, it arrived but the metal ring on the bottom stuck out the front of the armchair, and the chair wasn't level with the floor. Still waiting for the technicians to respond to this problem after sending them photos a week ago. I also bought a coffee table. The first one had to be returned due to damage. The second one was fine. Ugh. So much stress from buying furniture at this store!
