  I had a great buying experience at Raymour & Flanigan. Prince and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and answered all my questions without making me feel pressured. Prince was especially knowledgeable and made the experience smooth and enjoyable. The team worked together to make sure everything went well from choosing the furniture to completing the purchase. Customer service like this really matters when making a big purchase, and the staff here made it a positive experience.   We purchased a sofa bed that unfortunately did not fit in the room. We financed half of the purchase and paid the other half with our credit card. After returning the item, Raymond & Flanigan issued us a check for the amount we paid with our credit card. However, they never closed the loan account. As a result, we started receiving collection calls from TD Bank. We eventually resolved the issue directly with TD Bank, but this situation caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Please be aware and double-check your financing paperwork if you do business with this company.

  My very first visit was fantastic. I purchased a sofa one piece would not be in for 2 weeks I was ok with that. I received a voicemail it was in. When I called back to make arrangements to get it they had sold it to someone else then 2 more weeks had gone by I reached out to see what was going on. I was then told it was on back order. I was so frustrated I canceled the order. I then reordered it this past weekend and Ended up having to pay more then originally so not happy but was left with no choice.
