This is consistently one of the most poorly managed stores I have visited.
The staffing is severely limited, and the employees on-site appear uninterested in assisting customers. Furthermore, there is a recurring issue with inventory accuracy. Your online system frequently shows over 30 items in stock, yet after placing an order, I am often informed that the items are unavailable or cannot be located within the store.
The lack of service and unreliable inventory management are unacceptable. I will be taking my business to the nearby Home Depot, where the service is significantly better. I hope you will take the necessary steps to improve your staffing and inventory tracking.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
