    I needed some items from Lowe's and placed an order online for pickup. The process was very simple and the products that I ordered were ready almost immediately. The associate that assisted me in the store was very nice and had me on my way quickly.

    This is consistently one of the most poorly managed stores I have visited. The staffing is severely limited, and the employees on-site appear uninterested in assisting customers. Furthermore, there is a recurring issue with inventory accuracy. Your online system frequently shows over 30 items in stock, yet after placing an order, I am often informed that the items are unavailable or cannot be located within the store. The lack of service and unreliable inventory management are unacceptable. I will be taking my business to the nearby Home Depot, where the service is significantly better. I hope you will take the necessary steps to improve your staffing and inventory tracking.
