She walked us through all of our options and answered any questions we might have had about the products. Dennis offered great service with in-home instillation. He was efficient with the measuring and instillation process and demonstrated how everything works. I would recommend the Norwalk location to anyone that is in the market for blinds.

This company is also very firm on insisting that they leave a pile of boxes and trash for the customer to handle, which is bad customer service. Considering the costs, number of windows covered in the main house and ADU, the least you can do is take your garbage with you. Would recommend a better blinds place that offers better service in this regard

The installer was equally helpful. He did his job quickly, efficiently and was very personable. E njoyed our conversation, as well. I would recommend BTG to everyone. They wouldn't be disappointed.
