We're offering safe Alterations services for your convenience. During your in-store Alterations appointment, you can expect a safe environment where a mask is provided to you. Alterations employees will also be staying safe in both a mask and gloves. We'll take precautions such as increased sanitization in fitting rooms. If you had alterations being completed before our store closures and your completed garments are ready for pickup, we'll reach out to coordinate complimentary shipping of items directly to you. If safe Contactless Curbside Pickup is available at your store, you can choose to pick up completed garments via this method or have them shipped to you.

- NLNaeema LivingstonJun 15, 20241.0I took a very expensive dress, new with tags to be fitted. They ruined the dress and when I pointed it out, the manager was the worst! I thought Nordstrom would handle my dress with care, they snagged the chiffon in several places and ruined the dress and didn’t even have the courtesy to give an apology.

HOWEVER, Sanaa in the tailoring department will overprice hundreds of dollars in alterations, mess up your clothes and send you on your way. Her attitude is just awful. Nordstrom has been my go-to tailor for years, so I trusted this location because I moved to CT. Never again!!!
