  Fantastic experience at Blinds to Go thanks to wonderful consultant Alex, who was knowledgeable and patient about walking me through all the options and details so that I knew exactly what I would be getting. I did 4 rooms worth of blinds/drapes a few months ago and the process was so smooth and easy that I am now back to do two more rooms. In addition to Alex, the rest of the store team and in-home installation/measuring team are also excellent. (Shout out to Val who was happy to help me on the couple occasions I stopped by on Alex’s day off and to Rich, who was incredibly detailed and precise about determining the perfect way to install each blind/drape.)

She took the time to walk me through the different options, explained the differences between products, and helped me find something that fit both my style and budget. What really stood out was her professionalism and attention to detail. She made the entire process easy and stress-free, and I never felt rushed or pressured.
