Philip Costanzo is the only reason I’m writing a positive review. I cannot stress enough how important it is to work with a knowledgeable, dedicated, kind, and true problem solver salesperson person instead of ordering online. Philip went above and beyond to help with an order issue, illustrating the embodiment of what customer service should be; solution oriented. If you are visiting this store ask for Philip Costanzo!
He truly is the only reason I didn’t cancel the whole order and go somewhere else.
Raymour Flannigan has the WORST ONLINE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. I can’t even say “worked with”, as no one picked up a call or returned one after multiple messages due to a delivery issue. Just a heads up, the delivery team will cancel a delivery if you aren’t standing in the middle of the road waving your arms and throwing yourself in front of the truck; even when you take off work and are waiting in your building’s lobby.

We had a delivery scheduled for. November 26 and had received a link to a tracker in the morning saying that we were the eighth stop and that our furniture would be delivered at 11:45 AM. As the tracker got closer, we made sure that we were there. The tracker showed the delivery counting down and then suddenly it just disappeared and said the delivery was canceled. It took seven phone calls 45 minutes to find out from. Dispatcher that the delivery had been canceled First thing in the morning due to an issue with the product. I understand the issues like that happened, but nobody called us. An additional 45 minutes tracking down the error is inexcusable. To add insult to injury, the dispatcher put me through to online ordering so that I The order and I waited for over an hour before putting my number in for a callback and never heard anything. We have another order due with Raymore and Flanagan in North Haven in January and are seriously considering canceling that one (a sofa and two recliner chairs) because we don’t trust this company anymore. My other option when they deliver was canceled, was to call online ordering and wait for another hour to try to reschedule. It’s like once I paid $2000 for the furniture, they just don’t care about actually fulfilling the order. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau And a dispute with my credit card company.
Follow up: despite multiple attempts to contact R&F on Black Friday, it seems they are determined not to meet their obligations to customers who have paid money. The amount I paid is sufficient for a small claims court filing which looks like the next and only logical step. Beware this holiday season. They will tell you how much they want you to have a good customer experience, but talk is cheap and dealing with this business is costly.

Bought a relatively expensive couch and waited 7 weeks for delivery. When delivered it came without the legs that the salesperson specifically asked color choice for. Now I have spent 5 days speaking to the store personnel and service only to find out no calls have been documented. Will be in person tomorrow.
