Just got the mattress delivered this morning I will give an update after sleeping on it for a period of time. I would like to thank 3 people for helping me first Eric who is from the Waterbury store who I spoke to on the phone then Phil and Jennie from the North Haven store all three of them were a great help thank you again to all three of you, you were were all fantastic and I will recommend every one of you.

We went today to purchase a dinning room set. John Kearney was excellent. He gave us time to decide and look around. He is a man of his word and gave us the best price as he promised he would. I really like Raymour & Flanigan and when I go back I will definitely ask for John. Great Sales Person!!!

We purchased two sofa beds and 4 Canadel Stools from the North Haven R&F location. The quality, look and value of the furniture was as expected from this family owned furniture retailer - terrific, however the shopping experience was made truly outstanding as a result of the sales representative, Vincent. He was knowledgeable, informative and communicative throughout the entire process. He IS the person that you need to work with if you buy at R&F in North Haven!!

Ivette was the best sales person I’ve had. Went to a different Raymour and felt passed through and no one wanted to help me order a couch. Went to Raymour in North Haven and Ivette was so personable, showed us all our options and took her time to explain the process, all the customizations we could make. She was so patient and took great care of us! Will definitely be back to see her for my future needs!
