LESS THAN 4 MONTHS LATER the price increased To 230 (after complaining n getting them to drop it) and THEN AGAIN 6 months later to 338/mo. MORE THAN DOUBLED IN 1 YEAR. So uncool. Whatever happened to contracts and price guarantees... It's like holding my stuff for ransom lol. Super unhappy about price doubling. Otherwise I do like their facility.

I got a notice 4 months later that my unit went up by $64, from $96/month to $160/month. Completely absurd to charge almost double less than 6 months after I signed up. Aside from the high price increase, the facility was always very clean and well-lit. Edit: Greg reached out to me and did try to make things right. I already started moving my items out so I will be continuing with cancelling my unit, but it was nice to see the manger care about his facility.
