Couldn’t give us anything in writing at time of delivery so we signed in the signature box ‘NO PILLOW’ Said they’d check the warehouse … then ghosted us. We opened a case with customer service after a few days of no contact. Then they did nothing and we didn’t hear anything. Called again and they said we need to call another number. Been two weeks. Spend 4k and they act like you’re bothering them. Horrible experience so far. Never again with this place. Photo of couch below. (Living room being renovated). 12/30 update. Still no contact from Raymour.
- CMCarley MNov 23, 20251.0If you need furniture in a timely manner, go elsewhere. Ordered two couches in the middle of October and was told one of them would be in November 5. I reached out after that day passed and I was told it was gonna be in the 17th. 17th passed and I called again and was told “oh it was supposed to be in the 14th. Let me see what’s going on. I’ll call you back before 9 PM tonight.” No phone call, no updates. Called a fourth time And was then told “oh now it looks like it’s going to be in the second week of December.” They never reached out to notify me that I was delayed and they don’t have an answer as to why it’s delayed. Now I have to cancel Thanksgiving plans at my house because I don’t have anywhere for people to sit. And who knows if it’s gonna be here before Christmas at this rate cause they just keep lying and not reaching out. I’ve had to reach out every time to get answers. It’s BS that I still have to pay for shipping at this point because it’s just empty promises and unreliability. Ordered the couches in person and everything thinking it was going to be reliable and quicker and boy was I wrong. Beyond disappointed and frustrated. I really wanted to order a sectional too but I’m going to go elsewhere because I’ll probably never get that either.
