Worst customer experience ever , I could write a book. On Dec22,2025. I went inside the store looking for a battery powered snow blower and I saw one I was interested in. I asked the associate Jessie about it, she said I could take the demo home that day, I told her I didn't want the demo. We proceeded to check out , the cashier told me, I would have my delivery the next day. When I asked her at what time, she said between 8am-8pm. Never got it. Misled me. Come to find out the delivery wouldn't be until Dec. 27. which also didn't happen and then got change again to Dec 30. In the meantime, snow storm Abraham happened and there I was shoveling snow, when I had purchased When the machine finally got delivered , I sensed something was wrong, sure enough they brought the demo and to add to that with no manual and used batteries . I called Lowe's and got nothing but the run around. From manager to manager. Jimmy was the worst, condescending, rude, and disrespectful, at one time he even questioned what i was telling him was even true. Bloomfield Lowe's is not any better, I went there the same day after my delivery of the snowblower to get a manual for the machine that Jimmy supposedly called and asked them to print out for me to pick up. I went to the Bloomfield's Lowe and the manager was clueless and when I asked her, her name she covered her name tag with her jacket. I have nothing else to say other than I am done with Lowes. My money is still green at Home Depot.

Terrible service. 5 employees standing around chit chatting and no one could help with some customer service, one of them tried getting someone to help but apparently they went for a hour long break?? Another customer before us needed the same thing and left in the end too. Had to do the same thing. Won't come here again. Great job hiring employees who just stand and talk while getting paid and don't do anything!! Really quite a special team you have there.. 0 stars.
