    The first time I went to the store I was ignored for 25 minutes despite the fact there were no other customers there. I did go back and Billy was very professional and helpful. I’m only giving 3 stars based on 50% good service

    We were extremely satisfied with our experience at La-Z-Boy in Newington! Nicole was so helpful and knowledgeable. We were very happy with the large selection of inventory to choose from, sale price we received, the great financing deal, the excellent protection coverage, and the ease of scheduling a (super fast) delivery! We were also pleasantly surprised with the thank you gift - 2 cute mugs and a blanket! We can’t wait to enjoy our new chair. Thank you for making this a great experience!

    Bought two recliners- one has no issues, other makes a noise when it’s rocking. Didn’t expect any noise from a brand new chair that we paid a lot for. Wonder if other issues will show up. You sent out someone who arrived at 7:30pm and he sprayed a coil but noise stayed. He said someone would contact us within a week to check on chair but no one has ever called. Disappointed in the lack of follow-up.

    While I have not received my furniture yet, I did put in my order for a new living room set and rugs. I used the in home design service and that is really what sealed the deal for me. I worked with Lily and she was awesome, listened to what I was looking for and very patient with all my questions. Highly recommend!
