  Just moved into our retirement home. Time for some comfy supportive chairs. Wonderful service in the Newington, CT store. Delivery was on time and went well. We love our chairs. So comfy and supportive. We had them custom made with the material that your interior designer helped choose.

  I had a wonderful experience purchasing a reclining sofa and love seat. I had looked at two different styles on-line and the store had them, so I was able to see both of them. Nicole did a great job helping me choose the one I liked the most (the Bennett). I then scheduled a consultation with the designer, Lily. Lily came to my home, and we discussed how the living room should be set up to meet my needs and style. Lily took pictures and measurements. She also brought fabrics so we could pick the one that would go best with the walls and my dining room. Lily was professional, punctual, and kind. We met two days later at the store to go over her design, which was exactly what I was looking for. Lily is a great designer and came up with excellent ideas on how to use the space in my oversized living room. At the store, Lily was very patient with me as it took me a long time to decide on the fabric for the pillows. Due to the price, I also changed my mind on the style of sofa and love seat I wanted. Lily redesigned the space with the second (less expensive) set and gave me the prices for both sets so I could compare. Lily answered all of my questions and patiently waited while I video called my mom to show her each option and get her opinion. I ended up choosing the more expensive set (the Bennett) in great part because Lily never pressured me one way or the other. She patiently waited for me to make my own decision and, once I did, she explained the terms and conditions of the sale slowly and clearly. She also honored the Presidents Day sale offer I had received by mail (30% discount plus an additional 5% discount). I really appreciated Lily's knowledge and professionalism and cannot wait to have the sofa and love seat delivered. I highly recommend working with Lily and Lazy Boy in Newington.

  Nicole was great to work with (Newington store). Very patient, showed us multiple options when the furniture we originally wanted wouldn’t work with our room. Very good experience.
