  Absolutely love my new fireplace insert. It would be very helpful for future customers if superior partnered with or made suggestions for a propane company and electrician during the sale. Other than that, I have no complaints.

  Let’s see, where do I begin, so many issues! We went to them about replacing an older Vermont casting propane stove. Was up in the air about another Vermont casting or another propane (ie: jotul ) stove. Was told if I stayed with the Vermont casting I won’t have to change the piping or the vent system so ordered a new Vermont stove. It arrived, they came to install, long and short, we were told we needed to replace the old stove pipe and install a whole new vent system. To the tune of about another $1000, I would have gotten the Norwegian jotul instead if I had only been told the truth. Then the guy who installed it had no idea how to run it and told us to call the store and they would walk us ithrough the instructions. Well, we called and were told for about $309 they would tell us. We finally figured it out but lo and behold there was a faulty part, and guess what??? They charges us about $300 for the part to be replaced. Let’s just say they screwed us from beginning to end. I suggest you never ever climb into bed with these people. It’s all about the money and nothing about the consumer.
