  These people took care of me and my wife really quick and were clear, respectful and understanding of my financial state. At first it appeared that I wasn't qualified but Andrew one of the workers took his time and kept looking for options for 12 month financing lease I could work with. Hopefully I can revisit them again after paying off our new furniture and lease a dining room set/bedroom set. Highly recommend.

  I came into Raymour & Flanigan on a whim. I needed a dresser. Fred showed us to the dressers. Everything looks great and is a great value for the cost. Fred let us peruse around without feeling pressured. The whole experience was great. I found exactly what I was looking for. Fred helped to coordinate delivery for the next week. Finding a quality piece of furniture that I don’t need to build myself and that will last for a long time to come is priceless. Go check out everything Raymour & Flanigan has to offer. You will be delighted.

  Jaime Williams was a pleasure to work with. He was very detailed and patient with me as I made my decision on a mattress. He working with him did not feel like working with a salesperson rather like a friend giving advice on difference between hybrid, memory foam and spring mattresses. I will definitely be back to work with him again!!

  Hector, our salesman was terrific! Told him what we were looking for and he was knowledgeable and helpful in directing us to where we needed to go. He patiently waited for us to make our decision (after leaving for 2 hours to check a few other local stores to see what they had). Even after he made the sale and set up delivery for us, he still was in no rush to show us the door. He kindly chatted with us for a bit about his children and family (as we are expecting next month and we were shopping for a chair for our new nursery) and showed us some furniture that he purchased for his own home. Very friendly and kind hearted gentleman who I would highly recommend dealing with if shopping at this store.

  Overall the experience is not what I expected. I went in person, salesperson was very helpful, they did not have the item displayed in stock so I ordered for delivery. It has been more than the 8 weeks wait time (they advertise delivery between 5-8 weeks) we are on week 10. I had no problem with delays, the problem is the lack of communication from them. I was told by my salesperson, I would receive updates via email. Every update has been my attempt to call and check on the status, I’ve been promised a call back twice and as of today no call back. The last time I called, I was told all I need to do is schedule a delivery. However, they were to call me back to confirm, haven’t received a call. I am being asked to rate, but can only rate my experience so far since I have not received my delivery or know the status to my order.
