    Had a really great experience here. Jay was super helpful, really nice, and easy to talk to. They took the time to help us out and even managed to make the price cheaper, which I really appreciated. The whole experience was smooth and positive. Definitely recommend checking this place out!

    The worst. First, I want to give a shout out to the floor staff who are the greatest asset. They are eager, enthusiastic, friendly and do their absolute best to help you find what you want. They really are fun to work with. Unfortunately, whoever is behind the scenes???? Not much help at all. After choosing what I thought I wanted, we set up a delivery date. I watched the staff member type it in and then printed out not one but TWO copies of the delivery order. On the day of delivery I hadn't yet received a call from the delivery team. So I called and was informed, tersely and without interest, that they had no such order. I read off the service number and after much backing and forthing, was told they saw the purchase order but not the delivery order....which I held a copy of in my hand. After driving to the store, I talked with another pleasant floor staff member who found the delivery order but had no explanation why delivery didn't have the order. She put another delivery order thru for me and said the team would call me that night with a new delivery date. When I hadn't heard from them by noon the next day, I went back to the store...and cancelled the whole order. I felt terrible that the salespeople who had helped me weren't getting commission, but I just wasn't going to go thru it a third time. So we canceled. I was assured that they would credit my card and the money would be back on my card in 8 to 10 business days. Care to guess what happened? It has been a month and the money was never credited back to my account. I WATCHED the young lady go thru the whole process. And I called my credit card company to make sure I hadn't missed the credit. I hadn't. Raymour and Flannigan never credited my account. So, tomorrow I get to make another drive and see if they will credit my account so as to avoid a dispute. In the meantime, I found the exact item I wanted elsewhere at a cheaper price. Sorry to the thoughtful and friendly young people who helped me...they deserve better....someone is dropping the ball, but it doesn't seem to be the floor staff. Sad to say, there will be a blizzard in Hades before I ever purchase or set foot in Raymour and Flannigans again. The one star is for the stellar sales reps. The empty stars are for the people behind the scenes who seem to be dropping the ball.
