Love lowe's, they have what I'm looking for for Home Improvement and more when I visit. I enjoy shopping the store, it has a friendly atmosphere. The reason for three stars is I'm disappointed extremely regarding how they dispose of dead or dying plants. Plants are alive, like people, and shouldn't be thrown into the trash. I'm going to figure out who I can talk two within the laws hierarchy to fix this. It doesn't cost anything to dispose of plants in the way where they can become beneficial to the environment. Instead of throwing them on the trash find better ways to recycle them back into the Earth. Even if you dump the plants on the grass areas around the store, that gives them a chance to decompose naturally instead of throwing them in the trash and they serve no purpose SMH I can't believe they're throwing plants in the trash sorry but I'm a humanitarian and an environmentalist, I care about our planets future for the animals that live here as well as us humans

My husband ordered rugs online and sent me to pick them up. Jacquon came out and asked if I needed help before I could even take a breath. He looked up our order and grabbed a cart. I asked if I could bring my car around and would he help me load the rugs in. He and Rob made quick work of loading up the car and were kind, personable and professional.
