    I placed online order because it was in stock and available for in-store pickup. Received the "Ready for Pickup" email, so I drove 30 minutes to the store, wasting gas and over an hour of my time on a weekday. When I got to customer service, they scanned it and immediately said, "Oh, that order was cancelled." No explanation, no apology, just a flat statement. I checked my email and account and no cancellation notice whatsoever. Nothing. They had zero record of notifying me, yet the order magically disappeared from their system. To make it worse, when I asked to speak to a manager about what happened (and why I wasn't informed), the manager came over and was openly rude and dismissive. Talked down to me like I was bothering him, gave short one-word answers, and basically acted like it was my fault their system screwed up and their communication failed completely. Zero accountability, zero customer service. This is not how you treat people who are trying to give you money. Between the bait-and-switch pickup, the total lack of notification, and the rude management, I'm done with this location. Won't be shopping here again and definitely not recommending Lowe's to anyone. Avoid if you value your time and basic respect.

    Had a curbside pickup for a work bench and I was under prepared for how much space the sealed box would occupy. I was helped by Rob, Nyone and Nakita. They were very patient and helpful. Didn’t give up and helped me move things around in the minivan so that we could get the massive box in the back. They worked in the cold and patiently waited while I moved stuff around and tried again and again until we got everything packed up back in my minivan. 5 stars all around! This is why I come to Lowe’s. For the know how and the awesome customer service. Thank you!
