  I will never do business with this store again. While the products are fine, the service is horrible. I was pressured into purchasing an entire room full of furniture back in November when I really only wanted a sofa. That is partially my fault for allowing myself to be pressured. I was told my order would arrive in January which was fine. January came and went with 0 updates or explanation. When I finally reached someone well into February, they told me my order was partially ready and they would deliver it only after I paid for all the items. (My original salesperson had ghosted me by this time.) The insisted I pay for all my items, even ones I was not getting. They did finally agree to schedule delivery and payment for only the items that were in. But then they told me my whole order WAS in and so I paid for it in full. Here is the kicker. Our order arrived today and there is a table missing! Suddenly the excitement of getting new furniture has been completely overshadowed by this painful ordeal. You never can speak with the same person more than once and they are extremely disorganized. It's probably ok if you are getting one item but I advise against placing any large orders because they seem to find it too difficult to keep track of everything.

  Truly wonderful experience with Lazyboy Milford! From when I entered the store, told staff we were selling our long time home and building new, nearby. Showed them floor plans, told them what I was taking, told them my style in the new home. Came in several times, to look at things again, modify. Told them I personally am all about design and colors, and comfort. Everyone really worked to help me find the coastal colors I already loved in the new home. Had their designer come out to our new home to measure, brought her samples of tile, wood paint, and had her help me work through my vision. The living room on the main floor is big but some constraints with walls and door placement that were odd, and she and I figured out what would work. Also told them that we weren't closing till March or April, and she said no problem with holding furniture until our home was ready. I don't always get good experiences with furniture sales people but this was not the case here. Everyone was great!

  La-Z-boy of Milford is excellent. Staff was very helpful in choosing a recliner. Staff was not too pushy and listened to my needs. I am very happy with the experience. La-Z-boy recliners are the best. No other recliners can compare to the comfort and durability of a La-Z-boy recliner.

  Salesman was very informative and answered all questions and concerns. We sprnt a lot of time looking at different recliners to fine best fit. Because we are traveling, they agreed to hold chairs until we got back. Only negative was the paperwork and sort of rushed through. Didn't really get a good read but told to initial, sign, etc. Customers should be allowed to know what is being signed and get a copy.

  Salesperson was helpful. Did not feel rushed. Sofa arrived inoperable. Tech called and I had to crawl under sofa to get pictures. Not easy for a 74 yo. Parts ordered and sent to my home. Made appointment for install and tech who responded was very professional. No arm covers or head covers were included. Had to drive 21 mi to store to l place order. Would not take order over phone or ship to my home. Paid over 100 dollars for 4 pieces of non fitted material. Total rip-off. I expected better from this manufacturer.
