Parts ordered and sent to my home. Made appointment for install and tech who responded was very professional. No arm covers or head covers were included. Had to drive 21 mi to store to l place order. Would not take order over phone or ship to my home. Paid over 100 dollars for 4 pieces of non fitted material. Total rip-off. I expected better from this manufacturer.
