  Came as a contracted installer to takeover my existing wired security system; pushed hard to upsell me telling me my system was "locked" but was unable to say why and how one might "unlock" it. Smelling funk, I declined and he apologized for the Salesman "setting us up." Knowing full well the master unlock code is on the unit, when I went down to get it after he left - I found it to be key-scratched out!!!!! Horrific behavior.

  Gotta say this company just steps it up when needed... Great support ,understanding urgent needs and Stefan from customer service along with his manager were so helpful I cant thank them enough with all the weather issues.. Thank You sonitrol Romeo W. A 10 year customer
