Signed up online only to get a card at my new address about 4 weeks later that my rate increased about 60 percent, the even charged me for a lock I didn’t need and other charges. My web rate was about 60 for this very small area and on the card it said 110 or so as my new rate, the ultimate bait and switch. That’s classes. Also I noticed people living in the units.

This previous review following might be changing VERY SOON. --------- I’ve had a great experience with Extra Space Storage in Middletown, CT. The facility is exceptionally clean and very easy to access, which makes every visit quick and stress-free. One of the things I appreciate most is the strong sense of safety—having an attendant on site during working hours gives me real peace of mind and confidence that any issue would be handled promptly. The property is well maintained, well lit, and feels secure at all times. Parking is also abundant and conveniently laid out, making loading and unloading easy. Overall, this location has exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and safe storage facility.
