- BNBob N3 days ago1.0Ordered on line and delivered but the soil material was wrong and the other two items were not delivered. Called and after dealing with an AI operator, I gave up and went to the store. I was informed they would deliver the correct materials and pick up the materials that were wrongly delivered. The correct materials were delivered but the driver informed my they deliver only and do not pick up. I have been on the phone listening to it ring for 10 minutes without anyone answering. I will go out of my way to not be going to this store anymore. They need to hire someone who answers the phone and not have it be a computer. Ridiculous.

I have been told by supervisors out of the Manchester store three different stories of my refund the dryer they had delivered was not working I was told they where not able to give me a new dryer I have to get a full refund and buy another dryer. This is unprofessional. I feel they need to be investigated by cooperation.

He was more than willing to help, he not only got me a flatbed but he also loaded the mulch on to the flatbed came through the register with me and loaded it into my car. It made my experience at Lowe's a 10. I wanted to give *SHANELL* a shout out for his excellent customer service. I hope if the owner sees this post he gives him a bonus

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
