  Our salesperson was Kevin Woode and he was excellent. He listened to what we were looking for, showed us several different options that fit our needs. We found exactly what we wanted! There was a delivery issue that Kevin and the management team took care of immediately. Great service from sale to delivery to set-up. We are very happy with our purchase and would go back again for next purchase!

  Tahj is the absolute best! Answered all of our questions, helped make sure we chose the perfect couch for us, and even moved pieces around the showroom floor so we could be positive it was what we were looking for. Never felt pressured to buy anything and all the sales associates let us browse uninterrupted until we were ready to chat. Can't wait to have our new spacious couch delivered!

  I had an amazing experience at the Manchester location. Anisa is an amazing asset to your company and she truly made the experience seamless. She was extremely patient and knowledgeable. Most of all she listened to my wants and needs and made it possible for me to get my desired BeautyRest Mattress with a scheduled delivery of less than 48 hours later! I had a poor experience at a different furniture store and I came to Raymour & Flanigan. I was truly impressed with my experience and I will definitely be back to this location.

  Katherine was wonderful! She greeted us as soon as we walked in, introduced herself, and let us know about the current deals. She gave us the space to browse comfortably without making us feel pressured or followed, which we really appreciated. We had to leave because my children were getting hungry, and she was very understanding about it. She saved everything in her tablet and told us to give her a call when we were ready. Later on, Katherine helped us complete the transaction over the phone with ease. It was truly a delightful experience. Thank you so much! I can’t wait for my delivery this week !

  We went into Raymour and Flanagan in October and looked at mattresses and frames with another salesperson (not Lisa). She walked way ahead of us and we had to guess where she was and catch up with her in the store. She explained about a few mattresses but overall we were not impressed. We know Raymour has a reputation for quality so we went back recently and Lisa was our salesperson. What a world of difference!! She definitely knows the features of different mattresses and spent a good deal of time explaining the different features of the adjustable bed frames. After choosing a mattress and bed frame we ended up looking at a chest for my husband because we were replacing a storage bed. We had looked at the chest before. My husband asked Lisa to give us the price of the entire bedroom set and it was a very incredible sale price so we bought the whole set! Lisa explained about the financing and we applied. We had intended to use our own charge card but the great sale price of the bedroom set and zero percent financing for a year made a lot of sense! Lisa spent a great deal of time with us, she was very knowledgeable and patient. Our daughter was also shopping for a recliner. Based on the amount we were approved for with the zero percent financing we ended up buying a sofa that matched our daughter’s recliner! It was very obvious to us that Lisa knew the product line well and knew a great deal about quality and value! We absolutely love the matress and bed frame and bedroom set! We are very pleased and we would highly recommend Lisa to anyone in need of furniture. She represents her company extremely well and through the process she felt more like a friend to us than a sales person.
