He has reached the point where he can no longer sleep comfortably all night in a bed and didn’t want an adjustable bed but rather wanted an option to change position without disrupting me. Our idea was possibly a recliner. Enter Gaye Whitham, she is a furniture and sleep consultant at Raymour and Flanigan. I noticed on her name badge she was a member of the “President’s Club”. I took that to mean she cares about her customers. I was not wrong. Gaye took the time to walk us all through the store, showing us every style of recliner available. She did not just show us what she thought would be best but gave us the opportunity and option to determine it ourselves. She patiently waited while my husband tried and retried multiple recliners. The end result was we left with total confidence we found the perfect piece of furniture. Fast forward to the day of delivery. The gentlemen that delivered it were amazing and professional. And my husband, well he was asleep within 5 minutes of sitting in his new chair. Thank you Raymore and Flannigan.

I returned this table last week and had it redelivered today only to find out that this one is more scratched in all 4 sides. And your customer service doesn't seem to care much! Last time I had asked you to get it checked before shipping it out and make sure there are no scratches. Delivery guys were pushing me to sign on delivery paper and left quickly. Look at the photos And tell me from what angle this is a brand new table? Amazon delivers much better quality product than you guys.

After many failed promises, they sent over a repair man in November who didn’t even come with screws and said customer service would reach out to me to replace the bed. Now here we are in December, I’m calling again and they hang up on me 4 times. I have furnished only from them throughout my adult life and will no longer be giving them my business after today.
