Usually I go to the Lowe's in Cromwell, and they arrange to call and reschedule my delivery for me as we have a pro account. But this srote here in Manchester forget about it. The guy wrote down the phone number and sent me on my way and gave me his back and continued to engage in conversation with other employees that were standing there. Waiting for him to finish this transaction. So they can continue speaking on whatever they were speaking of. This was my first time with this type of rude behavior what a guy. 12/5 9:50am
