The store is a great store to go to.I always have everything on stock that you're looking for but the pro desk that thing is something else the service is slow. There never seem like happy and they don't like to engage in conversation like how you doing. How's your day going? Or even have a good day, it'll be nice to talk to friendly people that like to communicate and help you out. I had a problem where I ordered a washing machine and missed my delivery date. Usually I go to the Lowe's in Cromwell, and they arrange to call and reschedule my delivery for me as we have a pro account. But this srote here in Manchester forget about it. The guy wrote down the phone number and sent me on my way and gave me his back and continued to engage in conversation with other employees that were standing there. Waiting for him to finish this transaction. So they can continue speaking on whatever they were speaking of. This was my first time with this type of rude behavior what a guy.
