If you want horrible service come here. I’ve never been to a Lowe’s that has been this awful. The people are rude. They don’t offer to help you. You asked them for something they tell you it’s not their department.

Today (Thursday) at approximately 3:45 PM, I went to pick up an order after receiving an email stating that it was ready. When I arrived, the employee couldn’t find my order and told me it had been there earlier that morning but may have been mistakenly given to the wrong person.
I understand that mistakes happen, and no business is perfect. However, what was most disappointing was the complete lack of customer service. No one apologized for the inconvenience or acknowledged that I had made a trip based on the notification that my order was ready.
A simple apology and an effort to make the situation right would have gone a long way. Instead, I left feeling like the inconvenience to me didn’t matter. I hope customer service improves because treating customers with courtesy and empathy is just as important as getting the order right.

Ordered a grill and a 24ft ladder on the my Lowe’s app ( both available for pickup In store ) paid and 5 minutes later got an email the grill was ready but the ladder wasn’t and was being shipped to the store and wouldn’t be available for pickup for 4 weeks . I questioned this no answer . Jun 2nd I get a text saying it’s shipped and on its way , two weeks later no ladder , I call Lowe’s first rep rude second rep says it’s an inventory issues . When I questioned how they shipped it again no answer . Lowe’s service is in the toilet , I’ll head across the street to Home Depot from now on

Just moved to CT from SC not even 2 weeks ago and each time we have come to this location (which is the closest to our new house) it has been nothing but problems and issues and attitudes from associates. Our 2 Lowe’s in Spartanburg, SC where we just moved from and where our old house is for sale was knowledgeable and helpful each time we went and we never had an issue or bad experience. Comparatively to this one where we have been 4 times in the almost last 2 weeks since moving and had 4 problems(one for each visit) so today was just the snapping point. I think a little customer service training would do this store well. With the money we have spent with Lowe’s since we bought our first house I can honestly say after the last experience today i don’t know that we will be back to this location even though it is the closest I would rather go out of the way or to a Home Depot then go back here to this location and have another terrible experience, which is saying a lot because I am not a huge Home Depot person since they don’t carry the tools lines and kitchen lines we use for our homes.

The deceptive behavior to try and sell us solar panels/power is really irritating.
The employee asked if I needed help finding something, I didn't but since he asked, I'll gladly take the help... but then as we are walking, he sneakily asks how much I pay for my electricity and tries conning me into buying solar and not a Lowes product....
He also asked:
"You like paying high prices for electricity???"
It's a monopoly you terrible salesman.
Get rid of these sleazy, "Used Car Salesman"..
They are young too. They don't even know what they're doing, they're unprofessional, rude, untrained....
