He was such a pleasure to interact with and our late-night Lowe's trip (near closing-time btw) became a highlight of our day and a big relief thanks to him.

My wife and I were pushed into opening a Lowe’s credit card with the promise of an extra $100 credit on top of a coupon, plus another $100 at pickup. When we returned, Manager Jen and salesperson Rahana refused to honor it and were openly rude. We had to visit the store seven times, and every interaction with this team was unprofessional. To make it worse, the same product was $100 cheaper online, and they still refused to price match. After the repeated dismissive behavior, we’re left questioning whether we were treated differently for reasons that should never play a role in customer service. We’re done with this store. Corporate needs to look into what’s happening here.

I was surprised that they've added a clothing section to the store which is nice when you're working and you don't have time after work to go run over to Carhartt to pick up some more clothing.
