Pump came in with a short and they are giving me a hard time replacing it and it still is not in. Its taking over a week for them to get me one and its still not guaranteed it will be in then. They never call me back to give me updates. They told me to come in to swap it, when i got there they didn't even have one and they don't have the cord to test it, when i asked him on the phone if they did. So it was another wasted trip to the store. The worst company I have ever dealt with. They also sold me a ladder for an intex pool, when i have an 15x30 above ground 54 inch pool. They wanted to charge me a restocking fee for something they ordered wrong. This pool has been one nightmare after another.
