I had called for a fridge repair and my tech, Bruce, was VERY knowledgeable and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process! Will definitely recommend to friends and family!

Had Joe come out to diagnosis the problem. He was on time, pleasant, polite and great customer service. Said he needed to order a part. Would definitely use th em again. Under warranty thru Lowe’s. So didn’t need to pay any money.Thank you Joe.
Tony came out to my home to investigate my dishwasher problem which he resolved and ensured that there were no other issues to address. I am very satisfied with the service at Boston Joe’s.

Can never get anyone on the phone there, Lowes schedules for the morning, but apparently this company doesn't service my area in the mornings. Tried to cancel the appointment, can't do it online , no one answers, heard that stupid hold song 5 times then it rings and go to the machine. Hope they got my message.

Our dryer was a constant source of squeaks and squeals, with new parts that often arrived broken or without the necessary holes. Anthony was thorough, patient, and made sure that we both had a working dryer and one that would not risk burning down the house. It took a few visits, but it is ABSOLUTELY worth working with Boston Joe's and Anthony to make sure the job was done right. (Bonus: he was kind to my cats, and those guys are nosy and insist on helping!)
