Lisbon Lowe's has been one of my favorite places to shop for years ....... until recently. The new self-checkout station in the center of the store would have been better designed by two 8 year olds than whosever brainstorm this was. Barely wide enough to fit two carriages across, and only 4 stations total, it's positioned only a few feet from the aisle behind it. There's no longer room for customers to walk through the main front concourse, and customers don't know where to stand in line, because there's no room to form a line. There was a line of people coming from the Pro-desk side, people waiting from the customer service/returns side, and a lady standing in the row in front of the self-checkout entrance. Eight people and it was a complete gridlock. No one could figure out whose turn it was next, and there certainly wasn't room for any shoppers to walk through. Billion dollar company and this was the best they could do? Wildly unacceptable.

Not much to say had a prob with a appliances still under warranty, staff pointed at a computer at the returns register and sead that I had to contact the manufacturer, wouldn’t even help me find a replacement part , even if I was willing to buy and install it myself,
