  I’ve had multiple horrible experiences at this laundromat that have finally pushed me to leave this review. Most recently, someone went through my laundry and took my clothes out of the dryer while they were still running. When I asked the employee on duty if I could look at the security camera footage to see who did this, he immediately got hostile and said “hell no, that’s not how that works.” He told me I’d have to file a report if I wanted to see anything, then walked out and sat in his car instead of actually helping me. I had a stranger handling my personal belongings and the staff couldn’t have cared less. This isn’t the first time either. On a previous visit, the card machine was broken/glitching. When we brought this to another worker’s attention, he asked if we were “stupid” and insinuated we had done something wrong - even though it was clearly a problem with their equipment. The pattern is clear: when something goes wrong at this business, the staff’s first response is to be rude and dismissive rather than help. I’ve never felt so disrespected as a paying customer. There are other laundromats in the area - save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else.

  Always clean, the staff is very helpful if you have a problem ask they will definitely help.
