  Where do I start??? This company is USELESS. I try to keep the damned alarm.disarmed as much as possible because it is ridiculous that my CATS will trigger it and then I am stuck with paying the local precinct $100 for coming out!!!!!! I am SO ANGRY. I don't even want the damned service in the first place because I have nothing worth stealing but my insurance company requires it!!! Such a RACKET!!! And I have asked FOR YEARS for them to remove my ex husband's name from the account --- can they do that??? NO. But they can sure take my $$ every month!!!!

  Rence came out and looked at our existing system and gave suggestions for any changes or updates to what we already had. I ended up signing the contract the same day and scheduled installation. The install and installer were great. He arrived on time, was friendly, clean, etc. Rence even stopped by to see how everything was. If anyone in Fairfield needs a new alarm install or a company to take over their current system I can't recommend ATP enough.

  Atp came in to replace a very outdated alarm system at my shop, Anthony who was the installer was very professional and walked us through every aspect of the new system! i will highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a security system!

  Highly recommend American Total Protection. The customer service representative Zippy was friendly and accommodating with scheduling my appointment to have an alarm system installed in my home. John the installation technician arrived at my house as scheduled. John was patient and understanding with all my questions. Wonderful experience

  We had an excellent experience with American Total Protection. They handled commercial fire station monitoring as well as home alarm security and fire protection, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The team was professional, on time, and extremely knowledgeable. The technician was friendly, explained everything clearly, and made sure all systems were set up and tested properly. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about doing things the right way. Overall, an excellent company that I would absolutely recommend for both commercial and residential security and fire monitoring needs.
