I try to keep the damned alarm.disarmed as much as possible because it is ridiculous that my CATS will trigger it and then I am stuck with paying the local precinct $100 for coming out!!!!!! I am SO ANGRY. I don't even want the damned service in the first place because I have nothing worth stealing but my insurance company requires it!!! Such a RACKET!!! And I have asked FOR YEARS for them to remove my ex husband's name from the account --- can they do that??? NO. But they can sure take my $$ every month!!!!

I ended up signing the contract the same day and scheduled installation. The install and installer were great. He arrived on time, was friendly, clean, etc. Rence even stopped by to see how everything was. If anyone in Fairfield needs a new alarm install or a company to take over their current system I can't recommend ATP enough.
