- JFJames ForquerJul 23, 20231.0Purchased a sofa from RH in 2017 fast forward to 2023 the cushions needed to be replaced which RH did free of charge. One side of the couch was caving in on itself due to the hardware on the inside of the couch coming apart. The metal straps on the underside were held in with nails rather than screws. Was a VERY expensive couch that hasn’t lasted 6 years. Very disappointed and will be calling the company tomorrow. Would not buy any more furniture from this company. Have had issues with this piece for years but didn’t realize the issue right away.
