The staff explained how the system works and encouraged me to sit and test the different cushions. I loved the standard. At that point, Melinda introduced me to the flexible configurations and fabric options along w/ pricing information. Its an impressive system. As I was looking at the fabrics she explained that this was grand opening day at the store and offered me a chance to win a prize by picking a sealed envelope out of a basket. Shockingly, I won the grand prize!!! My decisions were easy.
