I needed a new pillow and he helped me start to finish and I didn’t even know what I wanted walking in.

Carlos also has great interpersonal communication skills which he uses to make people knowledgeable and comfortable with their purchase. Please strive to have more employees like this.

They were super patient and catered to all my specific requests to help me decide on the best pillows for my situation. I was never rushed or pushed to ever buy something. I was also given all the info I needed and more to make a well informed decision of my own accord. Overall Truly a great team working here. Karin is a great store manager who leads a well trained team on top of amazing hospitality. Carlos the team lead shocked me with his vast array of knowledge. I highly recommend Paris for doing above and beyond. He is truly eager to learn and grow as a new and very capable member of the team.

Carlos was especially amazing, and really helped us decide what pillows to get! He was patient and helpful and funny, and I can’t praise him enough! I can’t wait for my pillow to arrive, I look forward to it!

I’m SO glad we walked in though!! Carlos helped us out & was absolutely FABULOUS! He didn’t badger us & was super helpful, knowledgeable, & had a fantastic personality to boot. We highly recommend working with him! He made the process super fun & enjoyable. Thank you Carlos! You deserve a big raise!
