Being a paralyzed veteran, I know it would be so beneficial for him but he never really looked into it. Carlos immediately got Scott's attention and was so personable and caring about our needs specifically since we have some unique things needed for our situation. He was informative, patient, and made the experience great! I followed up the following day and Karin was available to process the order and even helped us get a few accessories to go with our new bed!! She was working in store and texting me back and forth all day to get it all set for us! I cannot wait for the bed to arrive!
