  I recently had an exceptional experience at RH OUTLET, all thanks to their outstanding sales associate, Cara Young! She took the time to understand my needs and preferences, guiding me through the store with knowledge about the different pieces of furniture. She was super helpful and for that I will be returning to purchase more furniture for the new home I am building!

  Stopped by to purchase a cloud sofa for my new home and the salesperson, Cara, was an amazing associate. Even though I didn't purchase anything and she assisted me past an hour after closing, she was very patient, friendly, and took my personal needs with deep care by offering alternative configurations. She sets an exceedingly high bar for the RH brand.

  Great Selection! Even better staff! Scored some great deals :) Stacey was beyond helpful, personable and kind, she made shopping a real pleasure as did the 3 gentlemen who were also working in the store. They not only assisted me with the sale but wrapping of my items and getting to my car, very helpful. They also work very well as a team which made my experience even better.   Super big warning about this place. The store policy is no returns… Ever!. When I tried to return a small blanket that was the wrong size, they refused even an exchange, and pointed me to the fine print card beside the register that nobody would ever notice. She went on to tell me that it was also on my receipt…perfect timing since it’s after I’ve already made the purchase. Totally sketchy business practice, and I’d even argue somewhat ethically on the line. Never stepping into this store again, and I’d recommend the same to anyone else.
