  I recently had an exceptional experience at RH OUTLET, all thanks to their outstanding sales associate, Cara Young! She took the time to understand my needs and preferences, guiding me through the store with knowledge about the different pieces of furniture. She was super helpful and for that I will be returning to purchase more furniture for the new home I am building!

  Staff of perky and eager to earn a commission. The merchandise isn’t outlet like. It more scratch and dent or seconds Sofas with mis-cut cushions, stains, furniture with dents, scrapes or missing parts Prices are still high for items in this condition. They also don’t help get them out of the store and complain about how you go about moving stuff while they tell you you have to do it So not worth it. You can find these pieces on a RH showroom floor delivered and new for only a little more $ when on sale

  Great Selection! Even better staff! Scored some great deals :) Stacey was beyond helpful, personable and kind, she made shopping a real pleasure as did the 3 gentlemen who were also working in the store. They not only assisted me with the sale but wrapping of my items and getting to my car, very helpful. They also work very well as a team which made my experience even better. Thank you RH Outlet Fairfield!

  Super big warning about this place. The store policy is no returns… Ever!. When I tried to return a small blanket that was the wrong size, they refused even an exchange, and pointed me to the fine print card beside the register that nobody would ever notice. She went on to tell me that it was also on my receipt…perfect timing since it’s after I’ve already made the purchase. Totally sketchy business practice, and I’d even argue somewhat ethically on the line. Never stepping into this store again, and I’d recommend the same to anyone else.
