Matt especially consistently goes above and beyond. He specifically gave me a guided tour, helped me unload my truck, helped me with parking when i was moving, and even went as far as calling around to find me a discount of $100/month which is unheard of in 2025. The consistent efforts are why I will never choose another storage unit, putting the customer first will always make the customer last. 5 star service is the minimum Matt has to offer at Extra Space enfield.
