    ***UPDATE*** I was given a full refund. I am very disappointed with my purchases with Matt and store. I purchased 2 appliances for over $3000.00 on February 11th. I ordered a stove which was a special order due to color. I was informed that it would take 2 weeks to a month for delivery. I have reached out to Matt looking for a delivery date. I was told because it’s a special order it can’t be tracked and he would reach out to his vendors. In my frustration of not getting my stove in the time frame I was promised, I started looking elsewhere. I did find a similar stove locally which I could receive in a week. I contacted Matt and explained this and I was going to cancel my order. All of a sudden now I have a “shipping date from warehouse in NJ for March 31st anticipated delivery April 2-3rd”. I was informed that I would be charged a 180.00 “restocking fee”. I questioned how can I be charged for something that has not left the warehouse? I also asked for compensation due to non delivery of my order from 2/11 and was told “unfortunately I can’t do that”. I will never purchase anything from Matt or Marc’s Appliances in Ellington CT

    Matt was a cooperative salesperson. He is knowledgeable, patient and sincere. He knows his merchandise and is eager to meet your needs in purchasing appliances. A Once must commend Michael who installed and delivered our appliances. He is knowledgeable of the appliances and most cooperative and caring in installing our new appliances. Avoid the big box. stores.

    Went in and was a great experience. Matt Avezzie was very knowledgeable and helped me buy a washer and dryer. If you go to Marc's make sure you ask for Matt.

    The salesman took time and had knowledge of the product we were interested in. That was a huge difference from other appliance stores in the area. Prices virtually the same!

    Excellent customer service, good selection, and fair prices. Don't go to the big box stores, come here instead. I will definitely be back.
