  I recently needed an electric dryer on very short notice, and Marc’s Appliance Warehouse in Ellington came through for me. Dan Steben provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to help me find exactly what I needed without any pressure. Dan made the entire process quick and easy, which was especially appreciated given my urgency. It’s refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares about helping customers and ensuring they have a positive experience.   This company sends reckless drivers into my neighborhood that go way over the speed limit and run stop signs, and do not have a way to report this via their phone menu or website.

  Salesman, Matt, was very informed and answered all of our questions, in an effort to find the right refrigerator that would suit our needs. We asked many questions and he helped us find the frig that was best for us.

  Matt was a cooperative salesperson. He is knowledgeable, patient and sincere. He knows his merchandise and is eager to meet your needs in purchasing appliances. A Once must commend Michael who installed and delivered our appliances. He is knowledgeable of the appliances and most cooperative and caring in installing our new appliances. Avoid the big box. stores.
