- SYSandra Young5 days ago1.0Really DISAPPOINTED in this business. We went to go to our storage facility today to add more boxes to our space. Upon arrival we were blocked access do to a very large snow mound. We get it, it snows, stuff happens! So we called the office to see when the snow would be moved since its not only in the middle of the road but completely blocking us access to a space that we pay over $225 a month for. When we asked when the snow would be moved, we were told that it would be there until it melts!! Is this for real!? Then we were told we could get a $25 credit, that is not nearly enough! I have a truck full of items to drop off, 2 guys we paid to help us move and a $25 credit. Make it make sense!. Then we asked for the managers number, we were told we couldnt have it and that he would call us but he never called. DO BETTER XTRA SPACE STORAGE!! DO BETTER!
