- HHhaushinka1900Mar 18, 20261.0Would not recommend anyone ordering from this store. Not reliable at all. I ordered a reclining rocking chair and couch from the East Hartford store. I called to schedule a delivery date and they needed to change the date twice. On the scheduled delivery date they "accidentally " only brought my chair. I had to reschedule a different date for my couch. I wanted it on a Monday or Tuesday because they're the ones that unconvinced me by not delivering it. I was told no it had to be Wednesday. I asked them to do our delivery first then because of my bf needing to stay up for the delivery instead of sleeping for his 3rd shift job. 2:30 PM came and still no couch. I called and was told that they could not make it. They wanted to reschedule again. I told them no, just cancel my couch. I am now going to be shopping elsewhere for a couch. Worst experience ever!

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
