- KSKa Shel3 days ago2.0I usually give a good review on things but I really must say that there are plenty of storage facilities to choose from in the Danbury area. This one while clean is kind of a bait and switch operation as it relates to pricing on specials and the. The monthly creep up of fees and costs. While the facility is clean and new it is poorly designed in that you will be torturing yourself to get in and around the hallways and elevators. Pinching every penny and milking every square inch the hallways are narrow the cheap doors to the units are 36” wide- gosh forbid they would be 42 or 48. Additional they do stupid things like create curved. Hall entry points and make it difficult to navigate your rectangular cart which is hard to move. And this huge facility has like two large blue caddy’s and. More of the cheaper smaller red carts which means you have to sit for people to be done. If you have any trash to toss again gosh for it they provide a dumpster to toss a few things out. They charge a premium of $20 per square foot here and the. Staff is nice enough but useless. Additionally they garage doors are on timers so they close on you while you are loading up or loading spot which. Is very annoying. This is just a typical overly designed to maximize every cent storage facility. You really can look to others versus this one. You can’t have confidence in their pricing as well

They called me before my appointment to make sure I could get in the unit due to my reservation being on a Sunday and they are closed. The manager on duty was very nice as well. I’d recommend renting a space from them if you are looking for something.
