Just left Lowe’s and I have to say for a cold miserable Saturday night the staff were so incredibly friendly. We encountered 6-7 different employees starting with Paul who helped us so much with our project and clearly has vast experience. We had several guys moving things about while we checked out and they were so fun loving. as well the guy who commented on our new material we were buying to try out. He gave us confidence it was the right purchase. And finally Kevin who dashed over when he saw my husband struggling to attach it to the roof of our car. We love you Saturday night Lowe’s crew!!!

Lisa manger and mat assistant manager and Tim head cashier are great people to work with at lowes purchased a craftsmans tool set that was no good they help me return the defective item that was no good I saw another manager few months earlier explain to him the issue he said to bring it back I left the country for a few months cause had a family emergency that I had to deal with I brought the tool set back Lisa and her othere staff in my review work phenomenal to help me get the item returned even though there computer system kept rejecting the return thanks to Lisa and her two othere staff they got the item return and even exchanged it out for me thanks to Lisa and her excellent staff and service highly recommend them greatly appreciated will be back to purchase more item greatly appreciated all there help thanks again highly appreciated all there help

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
