Before I visited, I was very upfront and asked what would be reasons to shop there instead of buying online which I thought was a norm. They were quite reasonable and also the price was competitive too. I purchased a vacuum and just in two weeks, I got a problem with the vacuum, which might be a QC issue from the manufacturer. I went back to Ben's vacuum mart. After a few minutes checking it, they found it was a bit more than a quick fix and got me a replacement part working perfectly for free. The manufacturer warranty should cover it so you might be able to get the same service online, but this way, I didn't have to go through all the hassle of packing, sending, talking over the phone, and waiting for the part to come back. It was way easy to make one trip to Ben's vacuum mart and be done in minutes than to USPS, and multiple phone calls and waiting. All in all, it was an awesome experience.
